Returns
Standard-size and custom-size suits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn except for reasonable try-on, unwashed, unaltered after delivery, and returned with original tags and packaging.
For preference returns, customers pay return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable. No restocking or processing fee applies. ETEVVU covers return costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
