Yes. If our standard sizes do not provide the ideal fit, custom sizing is available for many of our suits. Please provide your measurements when placing your order.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size, as it is easier to make minor alterations for a better fit. If you need assistance selecting the right size, please feel free to contact us.

Yes. We offer customization options for many of our suits. You may provide detailed requirements regarding measurements, fit preferences, or other customization requests, and our team will adjust the suit based on your provided measurements and customization requests.

We offer customization options including name embroidery, color changes (full or partial), design adjustments, and modifications to details such as pockets and other style elements.

Yes. You may provide specific fit preferences or measurement instructions. Our team will tailor the Suit to better match your desired fit, whether you prefer a slimmer or more relaxed silhouette.

We offer design adjustments for many of our Suits, depending on the style and structure. If you have specific modification requests, please contact us and we will let you know what is possible.

We offer suits crafted from carefully selected fabrics, including structured polyester-viscose suiting fabric (80% polyester, 20% viscose), breathable linen, and refined velvet. Each fabric is chosen to deliver the right balance of structure, comfort, and elegance for different seasons and occasions.

A Suit set varies depending on the style you choose. We offer three options:

• Jacket Only (Blazer)
• Two-Piece Suit (Jacket + Pants)
• Three-Piece Suit (Jacket + Vest +Pants)
• Short Sleeve Suit (Jacket + Shorts)
• Short Sleeve Suit (Jacket + Pants)
• Vest & Shorts Set
• Vest & Pants Set

We recommend dry cleaning when necessary. Between wears, hang your Suit on a structured hanger to maintain its shape. Avoid frequent washing, moisture, and direct sunlight, and store it in a cool, dry place.

ETEVVU offers both standard-size and custom-size suits. Standard-size suits follow our published size specifications, while custom-size suits are produced according to customer-provided measurements. Both standard-size and custom-size suits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Standard-size suits and custom-size suits are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

If you need to make changes to your order (such as size, color, or style), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist, however changes may not be possible once production has started, and additional fees may apply depending on the stage of production.

Cancellation refunds are processed according to our Cancellation Policy.

For United States orders:

Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after processing.

The estimated total delivery time, including processing time and shipping time, is:

• Standard Shipping: 8–13 business days

No. ETEVVU currently ships to customers within the United States only.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking link. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may occasionally be filtered there.

Eligible standard-size and custom-size suits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping for customer-preference returns. We do not charge a restocking fee or return processing fee.

Yes. Eligible custom-size suits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery under the same conditions as standard-size suits. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete eligibility, shipping-cost, exchange, and refund information.

After an eligible return is received and inspected, we process the refund within 5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 10–15 business days to post the refund to your account.

ETEVVU does not charge a return processing fee or restocking fee.
