Sizing and Fit
How do I find my suit size?
Measure your body chest, waist, and hips with a soft tape measure, then find the size where your measurements fall in our Size Guide. Our How to Measure guide shows each step. If you are unsure, send us your height, weight, and measurements, and we will suggest a size.
Can I choose a different jacket size and pant size?
Yes. Jackets and pants are sized separately, so you can choose, for example, a 44R jacket with 32W pants. This is common for men with an athletic build.
What sizes do you carry?
Ready-to-wear jackets come in sizes 34R to 54R, pants in 28W to 48W, and vests in 34 to 54. All jackets are Regular length and Modern Regular Fit. Full measurements for every size are in our Size Guide.
Do the pants need to be hemmed?
Most likely, yes. Our ready-to-wear pants arrive unhemmed with a 35 inch inseam so they can be shortened to your exact length. Most men wear an inseam between 30 and 34 inches, so plan for a quick visit to a local tailor before the wedding.
What if I am between sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size. A tailor can take in a jacket or pants more easily than let them out.
I am tall or short for my size. Will Regular length work?
Regular length is commonly worn by men around 5 ft 8 in to 6 ft 0 in. If you are noticeably shorter or taller, compare our sleeve and jacket length with a jacket you own, or consider a made-to-measure suit.
Made-to-Measure
How does made-to-measure work?
You choose a style, enter your measurements on the product page, and place your order. We then email you a summary of your measurements to confirm. Production starts once you reply, and your finished suit is checked in our office before it ships. Full details are on our Made-to-Measure Wedding Suits page.
How long does a made-to-measure suit take?
Production and checking take 5 to 7 business days after you confirm your measurements. With Standard Shipping, the total is about 10 to 15 business days. With Express Shipping, it is about 8 to 12 business days.
What measurements do I need?
The product page asks for body measurements and the finished garment measurements you want. The easiest way to get garment measurements is to measure a jacket and pants that already fit you well. Our How to Measure guide explains each one.
How accurate will my made-to-measure suit be?
A finished measurement within 1 inch of your confirmed measurement, larger or smaller, is considered accurate. If a measurement is off by more than 1 inch, that is our mistake, and you can return the suit for a full refund.
What if I entered a wrong measurement?
Before you confirm, you can change any number for free. After production starts but before shipping, we can alter or remake the suit, and you pay the cost difference through a private payment link on etevvu.com. After shipping, we recommend a local tailor for small adjustments.
Can I combine a made-to-measure jacket with ready-to-wear pants?
Yes. Please email us before ordering so we can confirm the fabric and color of both pieces match, since they may come from different fabric batches. Both items ship together on the made-to-measure timeline.
Shipping and Delivery
How far before the wedding should I order?
We recommend ordering at least one month before your wedding. This leaves time for delivery, trying everything on, and a visit to a local tailor if you want small adjustments.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders take 3 to 5 business days to process, and made-to-measure orders take 5 to 7. Standard Shipping then takes 5 to 8 business days, and Express Shipping takes 3 to 5. Your total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is $12.99 per order and free on orders of $159 or more. Express Shipping is $24.99 per order for all order amounts. Shipping is charged once per order no matter how many items you buy.
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
Every order ships from our office in Suzhou, China, after our team checks it. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or addresses outside the United States.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Import duties are prepaid by us and included in our prices, so in most cases there is nothing extra to pay at delivery. If customs charges an additional fee, it is paid by the customer, and if it is more than $50, we will cover half.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If we expect a delay, we will email you before the original ship date, ask when you need the order, and upgrade you to Express Shipping at no extra cost where it helps. If we cannot ship within the estimate shown when you ordered, you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Can I return a suit if it does not fit?
Yes, for ready-to-wear items. You can return them within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, meaning not worn outside of trying on at home, not washed, and not altered. For returns because of fit or a change of mind, you pay return shipping and the original shipping cost is not refunded. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
Can I return a made-to-measure suit?
Made-to-measure suits cannot be returned for a change of mind, because each one is cut for one person. If there is a quality problem, a measurement is off by more than 1 inch, or the color or fabric is not what you ordered, you can return it for a full refund and we pay return shipping.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will pay return shipping and refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping cost.
Where do I send returns?
Email service@etevvu.com first, and we will send you our U.S. returns address. Please do not mail returns to our office in China.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 3 to 5 business days after your return arrives at our U.S. returns address. Your bank may take several more business days to show it.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the size you need. If your wedding is close, place the new order right away so the replacement is not delayed.
Can I cancel my order?
Ready-to-wear orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Made-to-measure orders can be canceled for a full refund before you confirm your measurements. After production starts, you can still cancel, and we refund 50 percent of the item price once the suit is finished.
What if a button comes off later?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a matching replacement part free of charge, and you only pay the shipping cost through a private payment link on etevvu.com.
Wedding Party, Colors, and Fabrics
Can groomsmen in different cities order separately?
Yes. Each person can place his own order with his own size or measurements. To help colors match, we recommend everyone orders around the same time and uses the same color code from our Suit Fabric Colors page.
Will all the suits in my wedding party match in color?
Suits ordered at the same time are more likely to come from the same fabric batch, which helps colors match in photos. Suits ordered weeks apart may show slight differences between batches, so we recommend ordering the whole party together when you can.
Do you have more colors than the ones on the site?
Yes. Our color range is much larger than what is shown on product pages. You can browse it on our Suit Fabric Colors page, where each color has a code such as ET-GN01. Email us the color code you are interested in, and we will send additional fabric photos so you can compare.
Can you match a bridesmaid dress or wedding color?
Email us a photo of the dress or color sample, and we will suggest the closest colors from our Suit Fabric Colors page and send fabric photos so you can choose. Colors can look different on screens, so we recommend confirming with us before you order.
How do I order a color or fabric not shown on the site?
Once we agree on the details by email, we create a private product page on etevvu.com with the full description and final price. You check out through our regular store checkout. We never ask for payment outside our website.
Do you rent suits?
No. All of our suits are for purchase, so you keep yours after the wedding.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and payment is taken in full when you place your order. See our Payment and Security page.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption, and card payments are handled by a payment processor certified to PCI DSS Level 1. We never see or store your full card number.
Why might my bank charge an extra fee?
Card payments are processed outside the United States, so some U.S. banks add their own foreign transaction fee. This fee is set by your bank, not by us. Many cards do not charge it, and PayPal is another option.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not currently collect sales tax at checkout. The total shown before you pay is the total we charge, with no hidden fees.
Can I use more than one discount code?
One discount code can be used per order unless a promotion clearly states otherwise. Items bought with a discount code can still be returned under our normal return policy.
About ETEVVU
Who is ETEVVU?
ETEVVU is an online retailer of men's wedding suits, operated by Suzhou Aoruisen Trading Co., Ltd. in Suzhou, China. We have sold men's suits since 2021 and opened our own store in 2026. Read more on our About Us page.
Do you make the suits yourselves?
No. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Our suits are made by long-term partner workshops in Guangzhou and Suzhou, China, and we choose which partner makes each order based on the style and fabric.
How do you check quality?
Every suit is sent to our office in Suzhou before it ships. Our team checks the size, the color against your order, and the stitching, lining, buttons, and seams. If something is wrong, it goes back to the workshop to be fixed before it is sent out.
