ETEVVU is operated by Ruiheng Asia Pacific Enterprise Co., Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.

ETEVVU currently ships to customers within the United States only.

Our products are primarily produced and fulfilled in China and shipped to customers through reliable international logistics providers. Please review the processing times, shipping options, and estimated delivery times below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Total delivery time consists of:

• Suits(including standard-size and custom-size options): 3–5 business days

Standard Shipping

• Shipping time: 5–8 business days
• Estimated total delivery time for suits: 8–13 business days
  

Expedited Shipping

• Shipping time: 3–5 business days
• Estimated total delivery time for suits: 6–10 business days
  

Total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the shipping address, package size, shipping method, and logistics availability.

Available carriers may include:

• DHL
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS

Customers cannot request a specific carrier.

5. Processing Cut-Off Time

Our daily order processing cut-off time is 12:00 AM (midnight, China Standard Time, GMT+8). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be considered received on the following business day for processing purposes.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to customers within the United States are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, and import taxes are handled by ETEVVU or our logistics providers. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees when the package is delivered.

The product price, shipping fee, and any applicable sales tax will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers will not be charged unexpected import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

We currently do not ship to:

• PO Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

• Severe weather
• Carrier delays
• Customs inspections
• Transportation interruptions
• Incorrect shipping information
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
