Refund policy

At ETEVVU, we want our return and refund policy to be clear and easy to understand before you place an order.

This policy applies to both standard-size and custom-size suits purchased from ETEVVU.

1. Return Eligibility

Standard-size and custom-size suits may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn, except for reasonable try-on

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered after delivery

  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, damage, or other signs of use

  • Returned with the original tags and packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email us at service@etevvu.com before sending the product back.

Return requests submitted after the 15-day return window may not be accepted.

3. Returns for Customer-Preference Reasons

Eligible standard-size and custom-size suits may be returned for customer-preference reasons, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or fit preference

  • Color preference

  • Style preference

  • Ordering the wrong item or size

For eligible returns caused by customer-preference reasons:

  • Refund: 100% of the returned product price

  • Original shipping fee: Non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost: Customer responsibility

  • Restocking fee: None

  • Return processing fee: None

4. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details, please contact us as soon as possible at service@etevvu.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

After the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, ETEVVU will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A correction where applicable

  • A full or partial refund

For confirmed issues caused by ETEVVU:

  • Refund: Up to 100% of the affected product price

  • Original shipping fee: Refunded where applicable

  • Return shipping cost: Covered by ETEVVU

  • Restocking fee: None

  • Processing fee: None

5. Exchanges

Eligible standard-size and custom-size suits may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

Products must meet the same eligibility requirements stated in this policy.

For exchanges requested due to customer-preference reasons, the customer is responsible for:

  • The return shipping cost

  • Any applicable shipping cost for the replacement item

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by ETEVVU, ETEVVU will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Replacement products remain subject to availability.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at service@etevvu.com within 15 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for the order

  • The product you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • Photographs where applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

7. Return Address

Before returning any product, please contact us at service@etevvu.com to obtain return authorization, the correct return address, and return instructions.

Please do not send returns to our business registration address or to the address shown on the original package without prior authorization.

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

After approving your return request, our customer service team will provide the applicable return address based on the product and fulfillment location.

8. Return Shipping and Tracking

For returns caused by customer-preference reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.

ETEVVU is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged before they reach the authorized return location.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by ETEVVU, we will provide instructions regarding the applicable return shipping arrangement.

9. Refund Amount

For an approved return caused by customer-preference reasons, the customer will receive a refund equal to 100% of the returned product price.

The following amounts are not deducted from the eligible product refund:

  • Restocking fees

  • Return processing fees

Original shipping charges and customer-paid return shipping costs are non-refundable for customer-preference returns.

For confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented items caused by ETEVVU, applicable original shipping and return shipping costs will be covered or refunded by ETEVVU.

10. Refund Processing

After the returned product is received and inspected, ETEVVU will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

ETEVVU does not charge a return processing fee or restocking fee for eligible returns.

11. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

After delivery, eligible products may be returned according to this Return & Refund Policy.
