These Terms of Service explain the rules for using etevvu.com and buying from ETEVVU. We have tried to write them in plain language. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds policy, Made-to-Measure terms, Payment and Security page, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms.

Who We Are

ETEVVU is an online retailer of men's wedding suits and accessories. We are not a manufacturer. Our products are made by partner workshops in China and sold by us through this website.

Card payments are collected by our affiliated company in Hong Kong, Ruiheng Asia Pacific Enterprise Co., Limited, which is under the same ownership as Suzhou Aoruisen Trading Co., Ltd.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean ETEVVU and Suzhou Aoruisen Trading Co., Ltd. "You" means the person using our site or placing an order.

Who Can Buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our store currently ships only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Product Information

We work to describe our products accurately, but please keep the following in mind:

  • Colors: colors can look different on different screens. You can browse our full range on our Suit Fabric Colors page. If an exact color matters, email us before ordering and we can send fabric photos.
  • What is included: each product title and description lists the pieces included, such as jacket and pants for a 2 piece suit, or jacket, vest, and pants for a 3 piece suit. Shirts, ties, shoes, and other items shown in photos for styling are not included unless the product page says so.
  • Size charts: measurements in our Size Guide are for the finished garment and may vary slightly, as is normal for sewn clothing.
  • Made-to-measure: finished measurements within 1 inch of your confirmed measurements, larger or smaller, are considered accurate, as explained on our Made-to-Measure page.

If an item you receive does not match its description, you can return it under our Returns and Refunds policy.

Prices, Taxes, and Fees

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • Import duties for orders shipped to the United States are prepaid by us and included in our prices. How rare additional customs charges are handled is explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • We do not currently collect sales tax at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard Shipping is free on orders of $159 or more, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • We do not add hidden fees, and we do not pre-select any optional add-ons at checkout. The total you see before you pay is the total we charge.
  • Because card payments are processed outside the United States, some U.S. banks may add their own foreign transaction fee. This fee is set by your bank, not by us. See our Payment and Security page.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed. If a price on our site is clearly wrong because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Discount codes are entered at checkout, and the discount is shown before you pay.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order unless a promotion clearly states otherwise.
  • Some discount codes are shared on our site, and others are sent directly by email, for example for wedding party orders. The conditions of each code, such as a minimum number of items or a one time use limit, are shown where the code is offered.
  • Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

We may end or change a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a change keep the discount that applied at the time of purchase. Buying with a discount code does not affect your return rights.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a clear error in the product information or price. If this happens, we will email you to explain.

Please check your order and shipping address before you pay. Information on changing or canceling an order is in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Made-to-Measure and Special Request Orders

For made-to-measure orders, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Our How to Measure guide explains each one. After you order, we will email you a summary of your measurements, and production begins once you reply to confirm. Please check every number carefully before confirming.

For special requests, such as a color or fabric not shown on our site, we will create a private product page on etevvu.com with the full description and final price, and you pay through our regular checkout. We never ask for payment outside our website. The same applies to any cost difference for alterations or remakes, and to shipping costs for replacement parts.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal. Card payments are processed by our card payment processor and collected by our affiliated company in Hong Kong, Ruiheng Asia Pacific Enterprise Co., Limited, which is under the same ownership as Suzhou Aoruisen Trading Co., Ltd. PayPal payments are handled by PayPal. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Delivery times, shipping costs, and the areas we ship to are explained in our Shipping Policy. Return windows, refund timing, and cancellation rules are explained in our Returns and Refunds policy. If there is a conflict between these terms and those policies on a shipping or return question, those policies apply.

Your Account

If you create an account, please keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email us right away.

Product Reviews

You are welcome to leave a review of products you have bought from us. When you submit a review, you confirm that it reflects your own honest experience and that you have the right to share any photos or videos you include.

By submitting a review, you allow us to display it, including your chosen display name and any photos or videos, on our website. We will not use your review or photos in advertising or on social media without asking you first.

We publish both positive and negative reviews. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning. We only remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal information, spam, or content unrelated to the product. Some customers receive a discount code for leaving a review, and the code is given whether the review is positive or negative.

Using Our Website

When using our site, please do not:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders
  • Try to access parts of the site or other accounts you are not authorized to use
  • Interfere with the site's security or operation, or introduce harmful code
  • Copy large parts of the site or collect its data using automated tools
  • Post reviews or messages that are false, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share

We may limit or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Content and Trademarks

The text, photos, graphics, and the ETEVVU name and logo on our site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use, but you may not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of our site rely on services provided by other companies, such as Shopify, our payment processors, and shipping carriers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of Liability

We stand behind our products as described in our policies. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as costs related to an event, unless the law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

If you have a problem with an order, please email us at service@etevvu.com first. Most issues can be solved quickly by talking with us directly, and we will do our best to reach a fair solution within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, you keep all rights available to you under the law, including contacting your state consumer protection agency or your payment provider.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update, not to orders you have already placed.

Other Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the full agreement between you and us about using our site and buying from us.
