At Etevvu, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the time we receive your cancellation request.

| After shipment | Orders can no longer be cancelled |
Important Notes
To request a cancellation, please contact service@etevvu.com with your order number, full name, and phone number.
Cancellation time is counted from the moment your email is received.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled as production and fulfillment are already in progress.
