Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@etevvu.com.

This Cancellation Policy applies to both standard-size and custom-size suits purchased from ETEVVU.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Standard-size and custom-size suit orders may be cancelled before shipment.

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, ETEVVU will provide:

  • A 100% refund of the cancelled product price

  • A 100% refund of any original shipping fee charged for the cancelled order

  • No cancellation fee

  • No processing fee

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after an order has entered the final fulfillment or shipping stage.

2. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

After delivery, eligible standard-size and custom-size suits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy:

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at service@etevvu.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for the order

  • The product you wish to cancel

  • The reason for cancellation

Our customer service team will review your request and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.

A cancellation request is not considered approved until you receive confirmation from ETEVVU.

4. Cancellation Refund Processing

Approved cancellation refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

ETEVVU does not charge a cancellation fee or refund processing fee for approved cancellations.

5. Product Changes

If you need to change the size, color, shipping address, or other order information, please contact us as soon as possible at service@etevvu.com.

Requested changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

If the requested change cannot be completed and the order has already shipped, the product may be returned after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
