ETEVVU provides this website, including all information, products, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from ETEVVU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.

ETEVVU offers men's suits in both standard-size and custom-size options.

Custom-size suits are made according to customer-provided measurements.

Return, exchange, and cancellation eligibility for custom-size suits is subject to our applicable policies.

Customers should review our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

We shall not be liable for any price changes, service modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

Section 6 - Orders and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be refused or cancelled due to reasons including but not limited to:

We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized resellers, distributors, or commercial purchasers.

An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order request but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

ETEVVU reserves the right to accept or decline an order before shipment.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, refunds will be issued according to our Cancellation Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment for all orders placed through ETEVVU.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized and received.

We accept payment methods displayed on our website and checkout page, including available credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by our payment providers.

Available payment methods may vary depending on location, device, and checkout availability.

ETEVVU is not responsible for delays caused by payment authorization failures, banking issues, or payment provider issues.

Section 8 - Shipping and Delivery

Products may be produced and fulfilled through our manufacturing and logistics partners and shipped to customers in the United States.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by:

Section 9 - Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible standard-size and custom-size suits may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Both standard-size and custom-size suits are subject to the same return and exchange conditions.

For eligible returns requested for customer-preference reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

For confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products caused by ETEVVU, applicable shipping costs will be covered or refunded by ETEVVU.

We do not charge a restocking fee or return processing fee for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Banks or payment providers may require an additional 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account.
