Please note that the carrier for your order is selected automatically based on destination and shipping method. Specific carriers cannot be requested.
Delivery Time Overview
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
If your order contains multiple Items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on production completion.

During peak wedding seasons, processing time may be extended by 2–5 business days. We recommend placing orders in advance.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
You may track your order via, including but not limited to:

Package Handling
To protect the shape and structure of the Suit during transit, each Suit is carefully packaged to minimize creasing and maintain its tailoring quality.
Please remove the Suit from the packaging upon receipt and hang it properly before trying it on.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Most orders are shipped without additional taxes or VAT charged at checkout.
However, depending on your country’s regulations, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
For U.S. orders, state sales tax may apply where required by law.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on processing status. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Important Shipping Notes
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Address changes may be requested before shipment, but cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Delivery Responsibility
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Once an order is marked as delivered and signed for, Etevvu is not responsible for loss or theft.
Delays
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier-related issues.
If your order is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@etevvu.com.
Additional Information
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Rush or expedited fees are non-refundable once selected
- Overnight shipping is not currently available
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable)
- Address correction fees after shipment
- Return shipping costs for non-defective returns
