How to Leave a Review
- Step 1. Find your item. Open the product page of the suit or accessory you bought. You can search for it on our site or browse our Groom Suits, Groomsmen Suits, or Suits for Fathers. You can also use the link in the review request email we send after your order is delivered.
- Step 2. Click Write a Review. Scroll down to the Customer Reviews section on the product page.
- Step 3. Share your experience. Choose a star rating and write a few words about fit, fabric, delivery, or how the day went. Adding photos or a short video is optional, but it helps other customers most.
- Step 4. Use your order email. Enter the same email address you used at checkout, so we can match your review to your order and send your code.
- Step 5. Check your inbox. After your review is submitted, your unique $10 code is sent to that email address. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Your $10 Code: The Details
- One code per order. Each order earns one $10 code, created just for you.
- Valid for 30 days. The code can be used for 30 days from the day you receive it.
- Cannot be combined. The code cannot be used together with any other discount or promotion on our site.
- Any honest review qualifies. A written review, photos, or a video all count. Your rating does not affect whether you receive the code.

Common Questions
Do I have to leave a 5 star review to get the code?
No. You receive the same $10 code whether your review is positive, negative, or somewhere in between. We only ask that it reflects your real experience.
Do I need to add a photo or video?
No. A written review is enough. Photos and videos are welcome and help other customers see the fit and color, but they are optional.
When should I leave my review?
Any time after your order arrives. Many customers review once they have tried everything on, and some come back after the wedding to share a photo from the day.
I submitted a review but have not received my code.

Will my review be shown on the website?
Yes. Reviews are published on our product pages with the display name you choose. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning. We only remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal information, spam, or content unrelated to the product. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
Will you use my photos in ads?
Not without asking you first. Photos and videos you add are shown with your review on our website. We will never use them in advertising or on social media without your permission.
